Cancellation Policy A credit card number is required at time of booking, to guarantee your confirmed reservation.

Payment for the duration of your stay will be accepted by Canadian debit card, cheque or cash or US cheque and cash

No shows, and any cancellations received 14 days prior to your arrival (excluding the actual arrival date) will be charged full rate for the duration of stay unless the room can be re-sold. We are also unable to refund any charges for early departures.

For all cancellations an administrative fee of CA$ 50.00 per room will be charged automatically to your credit card. PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE.

Weekends (Friday/Saturdays)or (Saturday/Sundays) require a minimum 2 nights stay. Please call hosts to enquire about single Saturday night bookings. Room rates are subject to a 13% local tax (HST).

For one night bookings, we reserve the right to change a selected room to accommodate long stays.

* For single night stays, supplement fee of CAD 20.00 will be charged per room per night

COVID-19 general policies Please be mindful and adhere to the by-law COVID-19 policies that include social distancing, preferably wearing masks in public areas and using of hand sanitisers frequently provided in our public areas. Footwear must be removed at the entrance and it is recommended to bring indoor slippers to wear whilst in the house. Alternatively we can provide slippers (re-usable and washed)on request - these proactive practices will greatly reduce the risk of the potential virus spreading within the house in many areas
Housekeeping Services during COVID-19 Please be aware during the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be any housekeeping service during your stay. If you require any extra towels or replacement please ask the host and it will be delivered outside your door. Also no garbage will be cleared until your check out. No tea, coffee or any other refreshments will be served to the room and this includes any cutlery or crockery. We will be pleased to offer disposable cutlery and crockery. The host kitchen is solely for the use of the operator and usage to guests is strictly prohibited. Please request from the host for any requirements. A refrigerator is provided in all rooms.
A COVID-19 questionnaire will be sent to each guest electronically a day prior to their arrival to be completed and sent back to Graystone Bed & Breakfast electronically. A temperature check (using an Infra red touchless thermometer)will be taken on arrival for all guests. Graystone Bed and Breakfast has the right to deny accommodation if guests do not register normal body temperature.
